At Alejandría Flower Art, we are committed to delivering your floral arrangements with care, punctuality, and elegance across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Please review our delivery policy carefully before placing your order.

 

 

 

1. Delivery Areas

 


We proudly offer hand-delivery service to the following areas:

  • Coral Gables

  • Coconut Grove

  • Brickell & Downtown Miami

  • Miami Beach & South Beach

  • Wynwood & Design District

  • Hialeah

  • Little Haiti

  • Edgewater

  • Miami Springs

  • Doral

  • Bal Harbour

  • Golden Beach

  • Hollywood

  • Fort Lauderdale

2. Delivery Hours

 

 

  • Tuesday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Sunday & Monday: Closed (arrangements can be requested by contacting us directly for special delivery availability).

 

 

 

 

3. Same-Day Delivery

 

 

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Tuesday – Saturday) are eligible for same-day delivery.

  • Orders received after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.

 

 

 

 

4. Delivery Fees

 

 

  • Delivery fees vary depending on distance and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Certain zones (such as Coral Gables) may have free delivery promotions with a minimum order.

 

 

 

 

5. Delivery Conditions

 

 

  • We cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to traffic and logistics; however, we will do our best to honor requested time frames.

  • If the recipient is not available, the driver may:

     

    • Contact the recipient by phone, or

    • Leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded area (front porch, lobby, or with a neighbor/concierge).

    • A delivery confirmation will always be provided.

     

  • Deliveries to hospitals, hotels, and offices may require confirmation with staff.

 

 

 

 

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

 

 

  • Please double-check the delivery address before confirming your order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

 

 

 

 

7. International Shipping

 


At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
