Return, Refund & Claims Policy

At Alejandría Flower Art, we take pride in offering luxury floral arrangements created with the utmost care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Each piece is handmade using fresh, perishable flowers and therefore subject to special conditions. Please read carefully the following policies regarding returns, cancellations, refunds, and claims:

 


 

 

1. General Conditions

  • All sales are final, due to the perishable nature of flowers and custom arrangements.

  • Exceptions apply only in the case of defective or incorrect products delivered.

  • Same-day orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once processed.

 

 


 

 

2. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Order changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Cancellation requests must also be submitted within 24 hours, unless the order is for same-day delivery.

3. Delivery & Non-Presence

  • If the recipient is not present at the delivery address, our driver may:

     

    • Leave the flowers in a safe location (e.g., reception, concierge, front porch, with a neighbor).

    • Attempt to contact the recipient or sender for further instructions.

     

  • Delivery confirmations, including proof of delivery, may be sent via photo or email.

 

 


 

 

4. Claims & Refunds

  • While product issues are extremely rare, if you experience a problem at the time of delivery, you must contact Alejandría on the same day of delivery.

  • Claims must be reported via contact@alejandriaflowers.com or +1 (786) 300-2928, providing photos of the product and order details.

  • Refunds or replacements will only be issued in cases where the product is proven to be defective, damaged, or significantly different from the order placed.

 

 


 

 

5. Limitations

  • Alejandría Flower Art is not responsible for issues caused by:

     

    • Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

    • Lack of access to the delivery location.

    • Weather conditions, traffic delays, or other force majeure events.

     

  • Once delivered in good condition, care of the flowers becomes the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot provide refunds for issues caused by improper care, handling, or storage.
