📦 Orders & Delivery
Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Miami?
Yes. We provide same-day flower delivery in Coral Gables, Miami, Brickell, Downtown, Coconut Grove, Wynwood, Miami Beach, Aventura, Bal Harbour, Hialeah, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and West Palm Beach. Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM for same-day delivery.
What are your business hours?
Our boutique is open Tuesday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
For Sunday and Monday deliveries, please contact us directly at +1 (786) 300-2928 to arrange your order.
How does delivery work?
Your order will be hand-delivered to the address provided on the same day or on your selected date. If the recipient is not available, we may coordinate with a neighbor, concierge, or leave the flowers in a safe location (with prior authorization).

Will my flowers look exactly like the photos?
Every arrangement is handcrafted, and slight variations may occur due to seasonal availability. However, the style, quality, and luxury of Alejandría Flower Art will always be preserved.
Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! We specialize in bespoke floral arrangements tailored to your preferred colors, flowers, and style.
Do arrangements include a greeting card?
Yes. Every order includes a complimentary personalized card for your message.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is it safe to purchase from your website?
Yes. Our store is hosted on Shopify, one of the world’s most secure e-commerce platforms. All payment and personal information is encrypted and fully protected.
🔄 Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Can I cancel an order?
Same-day delivery orders cannot be canceled. All other orders may be modified or canceled up to 24 hours after the order is placed.
What if there’s a problem with my order?
While issues are extremely rare, if you experience a problem at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately at contact@alejandriaflowers.com or call +1 (786) 300-2928.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are not accepted. However, refund or replacement requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
🌿 Flower Care
How do I take care of my flowers to make them last longer?
• Keep arrangements in a cool environment (65–72°F).
• Avoid direct sunlight, air conditioning vents, heaters, or ceiling fans.
• For vase arrangements: change the water every other day and trim stems at a 45° angle.
• For box arrangements with floral foam (oasis): add half a cup of water to the center of the foam every 2 days.
